There are some solutions with slow speed of wi-fi:
1. Check internet browser or can try another browser and compare before and after changed
2. Restart router by plug/unplug AC power or press and hold bottom of router
3. Check download app in case pause or resume
4. Make sure devices are faster after move them near router
5. Testing speed with download and upload app
6. Disconnect/reconnect router
7. Set new SSID if possible

Thanks!

Most important topic and commonly faced every day.  Slow Wifi issue can be by thousand ways, here I can summarise some common ones to resolve, starting
1. Human Errors, Man-made mistakes like wrong configuration /change in parameters
2. Software Bugs (version /patch error or mismatch)
3. Hardware Failure due to internal chip

4. Wrong /Occupied Wifi channel selected.

5. un-fair usage by clients. (can be from heavy dowloads, games, AR/VR apps)

6. Wifi device's signal is being obstracted by walls, cupboards & other electronic appliance

Slow WiFi speed can be really confusing, rather downright annoying, as there is no single answer to fix it. There are numerous reasons why your WiFi may be working on a speed slower than intended. It could be a problem with the WiFi router, or the Internet itself.

By positioning the router correctly and fixing the problem with your router as well as your computer may solve a majority of issues.

Ultimately your ISP will help you solve any type of Internet related problem (or at least answer it). They would never like their customer to move to another Internet service, therefore they will do anything to fix your slow WiFi problem.

hello .
I start with physical causes specially connection and then phone & ADSL spliter .

then position of the device and antennas .

then software like making reset , redefine speed , redefine DNS .

There are many possible reasons for slow connection speed. Physical barriers, such as walls and floors, can affect wireless signals. The distance between the device and the access point and the number of devices using your Wi-Fi network will also impact connection speed. Even simple things like adjusting the height of your router off the floor can impact its performance.

Be sure to talk with your Internet service provider to make sure you’re paying for the speed you need. Different providers offer different speeds, and you may not have the package that is the best fit for your connectivity needs.

Three main factors impact the speed of your Internet connection—the placement of the router, the technology, and the devices that are connected to it.

Interesting discussion and very common issue:

If everything is good from ISP side, I'd go through some basic steps:

1- Router's limitation >> Upgrade to a high-end WiFi router.

2- Interference with other signals >> Analyze neighbor signals and select the best channel for you.

3- Are there anything blocking the signals from the users, like walls, any metals that could attenuate
the signal, >> this needs some understanding on >> A reliable signal strength to strive for is at lea
   st -67 dBm or higher (-60, -50, -40 dbm).

First, when technicians do a new installation with the users they have to install the ONT in a good place. This is the place that is most often in the middle of the apartment and thus you get better WiFi coverage. Of course, technicians negotiate with users. Often users have high expectations for both coverage and speed. And after that, users call us and report problems with wifi. Generally, in order to get good coverage of a large space and sufficient flow, we add extra router (e.g. 8247 + ruter or 8010+ruter). Sometimes we have to replace ONT.
There are many things that affect problems with coverage, speed and interruptions. I have written
several articles about it.

Here are some of the most prevalent reasons for sluggish WiFi:

- The router isn’t able to transmit the wifi signal sufficiently far away.

- There are too many clients trying to connect to the internet at the same time, and the router can't handle them all.

- The router broadcasts on an overcrowded channel, causing signal interference problems.

- The router's position isn't perfect, preventing the signal from traveling evenly in all directions.

- The router is either outdated or hasn't been upgraded or restarted in a long time.

There are many possibilities like

Check your wifi model and its reception (coverage area)
Placement of wifi device is also important (better to place open area and in middle of area )
In larger areas better to add a wifi reapeter for good wifi signals reception.
rest all others important like configuration of wifi signals, wifi AP and using high-end/high power 9dbi wifi AP MU-MIMO, etc

Interesting topic.
I think I'll stand up the Wi-Fi antenna and keep it as close to my phone as possible.

Yes, the Wi-Fi quality is related to the antenna gain.
Check wi-fi connection
Check wi-fi speed
Check wi-fi bandwidth
Check DNS
Check router antenna

I should be the first to consider if I'm in arrears and I'll ask my local carrier to see if it's their fault.
Fortunately, I haven't had similar problems with my Huawei devices. The Wi-Fi signal is good at home and at work. Topic discussion | How to resolve slow Wi-Fi-3952101-1
