【Topic discussion - 1】 Collect the factors that cause the equipment not to operate normally

Hi Dear, All

One of important case that equipment not working well is other equipment connect to your equipment i had two experiences that i like to share with you.

1. Electrical Ethernet port
in one case of adding new NE to one Ring network because of one Ethernet port that client equipment doesn't connect to grounding well we faced cant login to NE .

2. Optical Port
In another strange case after we connect to client equipment by optical port we lost NM connection and after two days working also service broken and only after restarting equipment can use for few days we worked too much one this case to find problem and finally by changing optical port in client side problem solved.

so sometimes reason of  equipment doesn't operate normally is on opposite client equipment side .
