Too many discards on interface 10GE

Hello!We have a two CE6880-24S4Q2CQ-EI switches installed and we are seeing discarded packet on 10GE interfaces (between switches and connected servers), although the links are not fully loaded.

from the output of the command display, the output discard means the packets discarded by the interface during physical layer detection due to queue congestion,
it seems that the burst traffic has exceed the buffer size.
