Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem description
Error 9002 prompted an internal error on customer feedback, the new voice services OLT issued by U2000, U2000 configuration ONT VAS Profile
U2000 version for V1R2C01SPC100 + CP5206, MA5680T version is MA5600V800R011C00
Handling process
One, doubt U2000 in the OLT data synchronization is not complete lead to.
2. 9002 internal error, usually business cannot be issued, suspect intermediate link problem.
3. version compatibility problem.
About this issue,there are 3 possible reasons:
1.U2000 didn't synchronized this NE data completely.
2.There is a network problem between U2000 and the ONT.
3.U2000 can't support this version of OLT.
Root cause
U2000 can't support this version of OLT,the version of OLT is too high.
Solution
The OLT , version MA5600V800R011C00 is latest released, the U2000, version V1R2C01SPC100 + CP5206 is an old version, so this U2000 can't support this OLT,causing this issue.
As confirmed with R&D, please upgrade the U2000 to U2000V1R6C02SPC306 or higher version to solve this issue, and the workground is rollback the OLT version to V8R8 to solve this issue.
