TN19LSC show in unknown board in osn 9800 UPS

i got one case when i installed TN19LSC in osn9800 UPS, in nms i will see 'unknown', why this happenning???

my u2000 version is V2R00R018C50SPC200, and osn 9800 UPS version is V100R007C00SPC200.

hi, TN19LSC need nms version V200R018C60 , your nms version c50 doesn's support it.
