Hello!
This is better. But the best is user own timezone :) Many forums have such option and it is very useful when you don't need to convert the time of the post in your mind.
This option is useful when there are a lot of posts. If user check just one - he don't need this a lot. But when somebody check all the posts in his point of interest this feature can be very helpful.

After reply the post I see the "header" of the post that I answer with different timezone then it appear later.

This is an example. After replying the post I see the time of the answered post in GMT+3 timezone (my timezone). I hope that you will see it at the bottom - 2019-9-6 16:36.

But after the reloading of the page it changed to the 13:36 (GMT+0). I don't know will this reply change the timezone too but my previos reply did it.

PS: It did it.But when I enter the edit of the post I see 16:36 again.
