1- After checking we found that NTP was configured on the VCN.
2- We recommended to configure the NTP on a separate server.
3- We disabled the NTP server clock source server and set the correct time manually on the OMU portal.
4- When we tried to save the changes we received the below error.
5- We disabled the entire network NTP configuration on the OMU.
6- After performing the above changes, time and date were set correctly on the OMU portal and the cameras.
