Hi,

Time showing on live view is 15 min behind from actual, how do I synchronize camera time?

All cameras configure in VCN3020 have the same time issue.

Have you configured the synchronization?

If no, you should configure NTP time synchronization.

1. Is NTP sync enabled on your camera?
2. Check whether the camera is configured with a clock source.
