pertaining to your enquiry, the Admin Access as the admin account is customized by your NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER (carrier/operator). If you need to use an administrator account to modify certain functions of mobile routing devices，but you do not know the administrator account's user name and password, contact the carrier or network supplier first, the administrator account function is customized for carriers.
