This alarm describes:

The packet loss rate in the I-frame sending direction exceeds the defined alarm threshold.

The alarm ID is 0x00A0000B. Rest assured, this does not affect the use of the system.

The possible cause is that the network or the alarm threshold is too low.

Solution

You can check the network to ensure proper network connection or choose System > Settings > NlogV2 on the SMC2.0 web interface to increase the alarm threshold.
