Threat report in USG 6680

Hi.

I use the usg 6680 firewall via its web access. But for some time now I have not been able to do pdf reports in the Monitor > Report > Threat report Section... And in addition, there is no more data in the graphs of the same section as before.

Has there been a configuration problem in the meantime or is it a known bug?

The failure came out of the blue? Is the previous data normal?
Check whether the browser meets requirements.
The requirements for viewing reports on the PC browser of the administrator are as follows:
Internet Explorer: 8.0 or later
Firefox browser (recommended): 10.0 or later
Chrome: 17.0 or later

And still, I have not been able to do pdf reports in the Monitor> Report> Threat report Section... There is no more data in the graphs of the same section as before.

However in the Monitor > Log Section, I can see all the listed logs

Is it a known bug?

The extension not exceeding 31 days so I chose a time period when everything was working fine ... and my surprise: no data. there is no more data in the graphs of the extension time!!

we would also like to know:
-Why this extension limit of 31 days?
-Why no data?
-Has there been a configuration problem in the meantime or is it a known bug?

The intrusion prevention-related content in the threat report can be used only after the intrusion prevention license is authorized. The antivirus-related content can be used only after the antivirus license is authorized.
