There's NO Light Indicator in My Router/Modem

Hi Team,


Model: EG8245H5

Could you please help me figure out why my modem/router has no light? I just mount it in the wall and after that, the lights are gone.


Please see attached picture for reference.


Note: the router/modem is on.

Dear meowchi_16!
1. Make sure that the power connector is firmly connected
2. If the power supply continues to supply power, and the switch (OFF/ON button) has also been turned on, but the indicator is still off. Possible hardware failure. Please contact the device provider to replace another device.
