there is no ring tone when an Incoming call on the SoftConsole

Issue Description：

When an incoming call arrives at the SoftConsole, an incoming call notification dialog box is displayed in the lower right tray, but no ring tone is played.

Possbile reason：

The headset is not set as the default audio device.

Solution :

Choose Control Panel > Sound, and set the headset as the default audio device.
