Here's a case that might give you some reference.
[Cause]
1. Snapshots report function is not enabled on checkpoint cameras.
2) The checkpoint camera time is not synchronized. As a result, the image reporting time is inconsistent with the analysis platform. So the search time is incorrect. the current time of the search analysis platform cannot be found.
[Solution]
1.) Login to the checkpoint camera web page and enable the snapshot reporting function.
2) Go to the checkpoint web page to synchronize time with the surveillance platform.
