The possible cause is that Use Welink is not set to Yes on the cloud.
The solution is as follows:
Log in to the WeLink conference management platform as the administrator of the enterprise registered with the IdeaHub.
Choose Hardware Management > O&M Monitoring > Configuration Management and set Use WeLink to Yes.
