This fault may occur on all IPC models.

Cause

The browser cache is not deleted.

Solution

  1. Delete the browser cache.
    NOTE:

    proceed as follows: (Internet Explorer 8 is used as an example.)

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Choose Tools > Internet Options > General, as shown in Figure 1.

    1. Click Delete.

      The Delete Browsing History dialog box is displayed.

    2. Select all check boxes except for the Preserve Favorites website data.
    3. Click Delete.
  1. Restart Internet Explorer browser.
  2. Check whether the fault is rectified.

    If yes, the procedure ends. If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
