This fault may occur on all IPC models.
Cause
The browser cache is not deleted.
Solution
- Delete the
browser cache.NOTE:
proceed as follows: (Internet Explorer 8 is used as an example.)
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Choose , as shown in Figure 1.Figure 1 Delete the cache

- Click Delete.
The Delete Browsing History dialog box is displayed.
- Select all check boxes except for the Preserve Favorites website data.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete.
- Restart Internet Explorer browser.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
If yes, the procedure ends. If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
