customer can't login the VCN server by IVS client.it display an error message such as “Operation Failure: Error code : 109100009 "
1. Log in to the VCN3000 server as root-user. If the VCN3000 server is deployed in a two-node cluster, use the floatingIP address to log in.
2.Upload the script in the attachment to the/homedirectory of the server.
3. Run the chmod +x /home/clean_xlog.sh command to modify the execute permission on the script.
4. Run the/home/clean_xlog.sh &command.
5. Delete the uploaded script/home/clean_xlog.sh.
6. Log in to the OMU portal of the server. " it sucess and we can login to OMU and IVS client "
