5 cameras where data has been lost suddenly since yesterday


1.Below is a snapshot where the 5 cameras recordings has been lost as of todays invoke:

2.And below is the same VCN from 1 previous different dates where it shows the recording was available for the above 5 cameras:

The following may help you.
 
1. Collecting and checking the logs. Make sure there is an error log.

2. Ensure the VCN recording is not interrupted by the power down.

3. Change the video recycle policy. 

Kindly ensure the VCN5X0 storage setting by following below steps: 

1. Log in to the OMU Portal of the VCN (web page) (just the VCNS recording interruption).

2. Click on the site under System domain.

3. Click on Storage.

4. Under Video recycle policy click Modify.  

5. Change the video recycle policy to recycle by storage space.

6. Click Confirm
