The IPC is connected to the third-party Axxon platform, The video is suspended.

Since Huawei cameras can be used on web pages, this is not a problem for Huawei products. 

This may be caused by network problems or third-party platform problems. Please capture packets to check whether the packet loss occurs and ask the third-party technical support for help. If necessary, we will cooperate with the third party to handle the problem.

We found that some packets were lost, After fixing network issue, The video is still freezing
After the Axxon platform is reinstalled, the problem is solved.
