The video is not clear when view the live video of the camera

Hi, all

The video is not clear when viewing the live video of the camera on the IVS client. The problem persists after the IVS client is restarted, the camera is restarted, and the camera is added again.

Please help me.

Hi, feixue

Check whether the video encoding format is correct. The video encoding format must be set to H.264.

1. Log in to the IVS client.

2. Select Devices.

3. Right-click the camera and choose Edit.

4. Click Video Encoding under Video.

5. Set Encoding format to H.264.
