The vcn540 hard disk is powered off and recording cannot be performed

Hello, Forum!

After I power off the disk, the system cannot retrieve previous recordings, and new recording services cannot be executed.

Can you help me?

Hello,

If there is only one disk, the system enters the diskless mode after the disk is removed. You can log in to the OMU portal and C/S client normally.

After the disk is inserted, select the free disk and click Disk Recovery. (During the process, the server restarts.)


After the restoration is complete, Please try recording again.

Hello,

After I unplugged the disk, the server rebooted.

Then, I can log in to the OMU portal and C/S Client. However, the recording cannot be retrieved.

Then I plugged the disk in again, but it was recognized as free.

I only have one disk in NON-RAID mode.

Hello,
