This post refers to the issue that the VCN500 cannot log in to the IVS Client. Please find more details as you read further down the post.
Problem description
The IVS client fails to log in and the error code 109100019 is displayed.
Possible cause
individual partitions are full
SSH login to the VCN500 server, enter the command df -h and the output will be as follows:
/home stores the VCN application, not 100%, otherwise the VCN application will be abnormal;
/DB_DATA stores the database, not 100%, otherwise the database will run abnormally;
RecordIndexFile stores the recording index file, which cannot be 100%, otherwise it will affect the recording service.
/diskmount/XXX has a video block file, which is 99%. VCN will create a video block first and cover the video block file when recording.
