The USG6600 hard disk can't be reset and operated

Issue Description Customer are facing Disk Space issue in Huawei USG6660, the hard disk is full but can't reset. 1. Customer tried to clear Hard Disk Space, it show 0%. 2. Checked the Hard Disk Usage, it do not change. Alarm Information We checked the black-box, it show "NLOG process receives kill signal(11) and quit all threads.". [USG6600-diagnose]display black-box information maintain 2018-07-23 03:43.310 +05:30 The maintain information content the following type: ## SOS Assert ## NP exception There are the informations we have recorded ==================BEGIN=================== 2018-07-23 03:43 NLOG initialize................ok. 2018-07-23 03:43 Info: NLOG start with Hard Disk. 2018-07-23 03:43 Info: NLOG read disk state(1) file state(0) disk type(0). 2018-07-23 03:43 Info:IIC_NLOG register PKT successful. 2018-07-23 03:43 ERROR: Process nlog.out reboot [7]/[60000000] times. 2018-07-23 03:43 NLOG process receives kill signal(11) and quit all threads. 2018-07-23 03:43 NLOG process receives kill signal(11) and quit all threads. 2018-07-23 03:43 NLOG process receives kill signal(11) and quit all threads. Handling Process 1. We tried to see the logs from Hard Disk but fail. It show "No record is found. Please confirm the search criteria.". 2. We tried to reset the Hard Disk but useless, the Space was still full. 3. We tried to scan Hard Disk, it completed 0%. Root Cause Firewall has NLOG error. Solution Upgrade firewall at least to V500R001C60SPC500 and install patch V500R001SPH016.
