  • Usually the service engineer can log in to the network device directly via the eDesk tool and patrol the device.

  • If the enterprise network equipment is distributed in a different region, the eDesk tool can not log in to the device directly. It is supported to access the remote network device by configuring the proxy device.

  • When there are multiple proxy devices between the eDesk tool and the network device, you need to configure multiple proxy servers and specify the login order of the proxy device.


It is convenient to modify the login order of the proxy device.
