You can run the display port mode command to check whether the working mode of the upstream port is consistent with the actual working mode of the optical module. If not, run the port mode command to modify the working mode of the upstream port.

Hello friend hope it can help:

Handling Process:
1. Fan tray was replaced and the issue persisted
2. Power feeding was cheacked and it was normal but issue persisted
3. groudning conection was checked and it was normal but issue persisted
4. NE (boards) was cleaned
5. It was identified there was CRC's on upstream port, so it was necessary to clean optical fiber and connector.
6. PAIB board was replaced
After operations above mentions it was confirmed service got normal as well as temperature.
Root Cause:
1.- FAN damaged
2.- Power abnormal
3.- Grounding abnormal
4.- Dust
