Problem Symptom
During the upgrade, click the Upgrade icon in the upper right corner (as shown in the red box in the following figure). The upgrade progress is always 0. Wait for a period of time and try again. The progress is still 0.

Problem Diagnosis
1. On DeviceManager, press F12 to open the browser console, switch to the Network tab page, and check whether all requests are in the failed state. Move the cursor to a failed field and check that the failure type is net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

Causes
The DeviceManager provides a default security certificate and the browser will display a privacy alarm for user confirmation periodically.
After a privacy alarm is generated, all requests are intercepted by the browser and cannot be sent to the storage devices.
Solution
Open a new tab page of the browser and log in to DeviceManager.
The browser displays a privacy alarm. Click Proceed to DeviceManager floating IP address (unsafe). The DeviceManager login page is displayed. Then, the page functions are restored.

Importing a self-signed certificate can resolve this problem permanently.

Check After Recovery
Log in to DeviceManager and the upgrade progress can be queried normally.
Suggestion and Summary
During an upgrade, if DeviceManager is restarted, the upgrade progress may not be queried in a short period of time. The failure type of browser requests is net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. In this case, no operation is required. After DeviceManager is restarted, the fault is rectified automatically.
