HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello, friends!

The U2000 runs slowly, especially when I open the NE Explorer. What's the reason? What should I do?

Thank you!

Dear user!

Please check the following three aspects:

Communication bandwidth between server and client.

2. Does the server have insufficient database space?

3. Client computer configuration.

4. Check if the server process is running normally.

If no problem is found, please contact your local TAC engineer and request a problem ticket. The contact number is in the following link:

Thanks!

Dear user_3586389,

There are multiple factors whcih can cause slow U2000 Processings, it can or cannot be a U2000 machine issues,

When you access U2000 there are 3 entities envolved,
1) U2000 Server
2)Transmission Media (IP Network)
3) Your Own system (Client)

you have to troubleshoot all three of these, First lets see how you Troubleshoot your U2000 Machine,
-Check running Server's memory if has sufficient data
-Check if hard-disk is sufficiently allocated to server's database (maybe check for badsectors)
-Check All the processes while openning problematic device, (if issue is with the server then) there must be process taking alot of resources

Now Lets see how will you check Transmission Media
-Take Traceroute of U2000 Server from you system
-Take Traceroute of your system from U2000 server
check response time of these traces and see if traces are symetric or not, if response time is high or traces are not symetric then consult your network team

At the end checking your own system,
-Check you RAM on run time
-Open your browser and check processes details
-Clear temporary files form your hard-disk and flush memory
-if you are using Installed client then try Portable mode, and if using portable mode then try installed client.

Hope this will help to figure out your issue but still if you cant figure it out then contact Local TAC engineer...
