The Two LAN Ports of the ONT are Connected - Inability to Access the Internet

Hi, there.

After the HG8245 is upgraded, the ONT HG8245 on the MA5603T 0/1/2 23 cannot access the Internet.

The upgrade task was successfully completed and displayed on the U2000.

But users can't access the internet via WiFi.

The engineer tried the upgrade again, but the above problem still exists.

The state of the ont is displayed normally in the u2000 and cmd lines.

Try to pass the MA5603T cmd telnet 0/1/2 23, but it still fails.

After many inspections, it was found that the configuration was normal and the hardware was no problem.

Finally, the engineer went to the site and found that the customer connected lan1 and lan2 together. After disconnecting the cable, all problems were solved.
