ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The TP3106 codec and intelligent real host prompt MAC address conflict. The conflicting address is its own address.
POSSIBLE REASONS
Reason 1
The VLAN1 on the switch side is in collusion with VLAN2.
Reason 2
The switch VLAN is not partitioned, nor configured incorrectly.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Step 1
Troubleshoot the connections on the switch side; connect the network cable.
Step 2
If the problem is unresolved, please see the installation instructions for the switch VLAN configuration.
Step 3
Download the installation instructions. Please visit http://enterprise.huawei.com, enter 'Service support > Product support > Unified communication and collaboration > Enterprise Communications > Video > Endpoints > TP3106'.
Step 4
Get the installation instructions for the corresponding version.
