Hi there.

We are having problems with Apps third parties using GPON Network.

The problem occurs when a user connected to FAT/FAT Apps in a copper network roams to FAT Apps connected to GPON. The behavior is that the user loses connection and needs to disable the NIC or turn off the wifi on the mobile device and re-enable it.

When the user is connected to the FAT APS in the GPON network, the roaming is correct. This means that this problem occurs only when roaming from the copper network to the GPON.

Thanks.

Hi friend.

If the access network is abnormal, perform the following operations:

  1. Prepare two laptops to make a captured packet.

  2. Log in to the HW switch and check whether the MAC address table is learned on the new interface.

  3. Compare the two captured packets to see if they are correctly forwarded.

Thanks.
