In this post I will show you the steps that you will have to follow in order to download a license for the final customer (if you are a partner).
ESDP Link:

Preconditions:
1. GTS privilege logging on ESDP.
2. License Application Sheet that delivered to frontline (or got some information such as Contract No., Software Item)
Work Steps：
1. Get information for downloading software License
1) Software Delivery with Separated License: Medium and License files are distributed separately. Field Engineers could receive software medium and License Application Sheet, in which there are software License information. You use software License information to download License files in ESDP.
1） Electronic Software Distribution: unphysical distribution. Field Engineers get Contract No. and Software Item or Task Order and Software Item to download License files (Sometimes downloaded files contain installing instruction for software program) in ESDP.
2. Logging on ESDP and clicking Carrier ESDP as Carrier GTS or clicking Enterprise ESDP as Enterprise GTS.
3. Click “Order Management>Entitlement Management”, and reach the page “Entitlement Management”.
4. Choose “The 3rd Party Software” in Entitlement Type, input Contract No. (14 letters) and Software Item (in More Search Conditions). Then Click “Search”.
5. Check entitlement lines those are you needed software License and click “Download Outsourcing”. You can reach the page “Download outsourcing License”.
6. Examine “Status” and corresponding cue words of delivery information (Put mouse on indicator light of “Status”, there are cue words of delivery information).
1) Button “Download License” showed orange, you can download License.
2) Button “Download License” showed gray, meaning that the status is confirming requirement or in purchase, you need to wait. (If the status is In Purchase, you can see “Estimated Software Arrived Date”).
3) No button, meaning there is no License control and downloaded.
4) Button “Reapply”, meaning License had been downloaded and you can download it if lost it.
5) Click orange button “Download License”, and reach the interface “Confirm download and enter the e-mail address. Please check information “Software Manufacturer”, “Software Item”, “Software Quantity”, “Site Info” and “Contract No.” and information that you needed software. Read “Legal Notices”, choose “I have read already”, input right E-Mail Address and click “Sure to Download”.
6) Later, ESDP would send License files to your E-Mail box.
Appending: Reapplication for lost
1. If License had been lost, you can reach “Download Outsourcing License” according to above searching steps. And then click “reapply”.
2. Reach the interface “reapplication for lost”.
1）“already applied N times”, show how many times the License had been downloaded.
2）If PM is blank, please confirm and input PM. PM is the approver for reapplication.
3）Please input real cause that you reapply , choose “Formally promise” and Submit.
3. PM review the facticity of reapplication. If it is true, please submit the E-Flow. Then ESDP Would send License files to the applicant.
