Hi,

It is my pleasure to answer your question!

This alarm is generated when an error occurs in the power module on the right hand side. If the VP9630 has two power supplies, the left one can work when the right becomes faulty. If both power supplies are faulty, the MCU cannot start properly. When there is only one power supply, the MCU cannot start properly.

The steps are as below:

1.Check whether the cables of the power module are correctly connected.

  • If so, go to step 3.

  • If not, go to step 2.

2. Reconnect the cables. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If so, this procedure is successful.

  • If not, go to step 3.

3. Check whether the external power supply connected to the power module is working properly.

  • If so, go to step 5.

  • If not, go to step 4.

4. Connect the power module to another external power supply that is working properly.

5. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If so, this procedure is successful.

  • If not, go to step 6.

6. Contact service engineers to install a new power supply.
