Problem Description:
The terminals fail to access the network. It is found that the USN/UGW license is not successfully activated. After the temporary license expires, license resources are insufficient. As a result, the terminals fail to access the network.
Impact and Risk:
This problem occurs in the following scenario:
When the USN/UGW commercial license file is activated, there is a possibility that the license file fails to be activated and the original temporary license file expires.
Impacts of this problem are as follows:
The number of terminals accessing the network exceeds the limit specified by the license resource item. As a result, the terminals fail to access the network.
Root Cause:
When a license file is loaded to the USN_VNFC/UGW_VNFC, there is a possibility that license file transfer fails. As a result, the license file fails to be activated.
Workaround:
Check whether the license is activated successfully by referring to the license operation guide. If not, activate the commercial license again.
Solution:
