I'd like to share with you a case that I have recently encountered.
Problem Description
The terminal user goes offline after passing the 802.1X authentication.
Handling Procedure
1. Display station offline-record, the output shows that the accounting server does not respond.

2. Check the accounting server, it is found that the service memory is insufficient and the accounting respond packet cannot be replied. As a result, the terminal is offline.
3. The customer cannot expand the memory temporarily. After configuring the command ‘accounting start-fail online’ on the switch (ACU2), the problem is solved.
