If you view the Authentication Failure message, it is possible that the KI and OP values written by the USIM card are inconsistent with the locally defined KI and OP values.

Step 1 If there is a dispatcher on site, check whether the KI andOP values in the card opening and registration data on the dispatcher are consistent with the KI and OP values of the terminal. If they are different, modify the KI and OP values on the dispatcher to ensure that the KI and OP values are the same as those on the terminal.

Step 2 If there is no dispatcher on site, run the SET HAUTHPARAcommand in the USN_VNFC window of the USN WEBLMT to set the OP value to be the same as that on the terminal.
