Direct call to the conference number, enter the correct conference number and password, membership is not successful.
Possible reasons for
1.GK is not registered.
2.Dynamic conference hall calls to join, but SMC configuration does not allow dynamic conference hall calls.
3.Directly input the conference number. Since the access MCU and the conference MCU are not the same MCU, MCU switching needs to take place.
However, at this time, the correct GK information cannot be obtained, so the MCU cannot be switched, resulting in the failure of the conference
entry.
4.There is no MCU or insufficient MCU resources in the service area or organization, and the meeting venue cannot be connected to the meeting.
Position ideas and solutions
1.To call the conference number directly to join the conference, both the terminal and MCU need to be registered on the GK/SIP server /SC.
2.Add the meeting to the SMC, or enable "allow undefined terminal inbound meeting" on the SMC.
3.Instead of calling the conference number to join, call "unified access number + conference number" directly to join.
4.Add a session to a meeting on SMC. If the session fails, the correct prompt will be given, "insufficient system resources". In this case, you need to
add a new MCU or end a useless meeting.
