The terminal cannot register to receive the auxiliary stream after registering to the IMS platform.

Problem phenomenon

1. The problem terminal SIP is registered to the IMS platform. After joining the conference, other sites send auxiliary streams, which cannot be received locally. Log in to the web interface of the terminal and choose Maintenance > System Status > Call Status. The status of the presentation rate is 0k[0].

2. In the same conference, the problem terminal sends a secondary stream after the conference joins, and the other site needs to send the secondary stream again. The problem terminal can receive the auxiliary stream.

problem analysis

1. The SBC receives the streaming packet from the SBC. The SBC receives the media packet from the MCU and does not forward it to the terminal. The SBC secondary stream receiving port does not receive the learning packet from the terminal. Therefore, it can be judged that the terminal does not send the learning package.

2. The conditions for the terminal to enable the first packet learning of the auxiliary stream: enable both Huawei GK and EnableSNP configuration items. Export the problem terminal configuration file and look at the values of the "IsHuaweiGK" and "EnableSNP" fields. The value of IsHuaweiGK is 0, which does not meet the conditions for enabling the first packet of the terminal auxiliary stream.

problem causes

The terminal is on the private network. The IKE network needs to open the first packet learning function. The private network sends the learning packet from the code stream port to the public network SBC to receive the auxiliary stream through the NAT.

Mainstream and audio are two-way streams, so it is normal.

solution

l Enable the Huawei GK configuration item.

a. Log in to the 9 series MCU as the admin user.

b. Click System Configuration, select the H.323/SIP Settings tab, and enable Huawei GK.

c. Enable Huawei GK on the interface.

l Enable the EnableSNP configuration item.

a. Log in to the 9 series MCU as the admin user.

b. Click System Configuration and select the Firewall tab page.

c. Enable RTP Public Private Network Traversal on the interface.
