Dear customers,

You can try either of the following:

1. is the terminal output directly connected to the display if the image is normal?

2. is the auxiliary stream image normal through the video monitoring of the WEB page?

3. if the above two points are OK, the black and white edges appear after the matrix, which may be caused by the compatibility between the terminal and the projector.
