The TE Desktop cannot send presentations to other TE endpoints.

Hi, team!

I have a question I need help. When a conference is held between the TE Desktop and other endpoints, one endpoint cannot receive the presentation sent by the TE Desktop.

Please help me. Thank you.

The RP100 has only one monitor. When Dual-screen is set to Enable, presentation is displayed on output port 2, but output port 2 is not connected to a display. Please set Dual-screen to Disable.

Log in to the RP100 web interface and choose System Settings > Input/Output > Video Output. Check the value of Dual-screen.
