[Symptom Description]
When the SAS software is used to load library files, the Windows error code 64 is displayed, indicating that the specified network name is no longer available. However, the library file can be accessed manually through the resource manager.

[Cause Description]
The SAS software host has been connected to the storage device. After the storage device is upgraded, the connection is interrupted. However, after the client re-establishes a connection with the storage device, the SAS software accesses an invalid connection cache. As a result, the problem occurs.
[Troubleshooting Roadmap]
1. The SAS software host has been disconnected from the storage device.
2. You can manually access the resource manager.
3. Change the previous IP address and mount a new drive letter. Change the drive letter specified by the SAS software to load the file.
[Solution]
1. Restart the client host.
2. If the customer requires that the host not be restarted, use the new front-end IP address to mount a new drive letter and specify a new drive letter in the SAS.
[Post-Recovery Check]
Tested by SAS.
