The reason for this problem is: if the telnet's own address on the switch is not authenticated, and the device will use the public key authentication method by default after the public key is used, the account is not equipped with this. In this way, you will get an error, and then you can use other methods, such as password, to authenticate successfully, so you can log in. When the device itself telnets itself, the device side uses RSA authentication by default. If the authentication fails, the configuration mode, such as password, is used for authentication
