We can see a common issue that the embeded SC is offline. how to check this issue?
We should make sure we can not delete the SC in the SMC2.0.
After 1st step checking, we should check the service should work fine. the services are as below.
Check the services of 122, 8443, 1719, 5060 etc ports. we can use the below steps to check the service.
if the service is not started up normally, try to start up it and check whether it`s working, if still not, please collect the logs of SC. the log path is D:\Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd\Switch Center\Bin . then we will check the logs and identify the issue.
