[Problem description]


The 8950 IP phone can not use the sitecall.


[Analysis process]


1. Made sure the versions of MCU/SMC/IP Phone match. The result is positive.


2. Checked whether the IP Phone is registered on the SC. The result is positive.


3. Analysde the logs of IP Phone. The error code is 19. It is an error of the GK authentication password failing.


4. Checked whether the IP phone set the user/password when added to SMC.The result is negative.


5. Set the user/password.

2. the IP Phone must be added to SMC and to register with user/password.


3. the IP Phone must be registered on SC.
