The solar data be loose when disconnected internet

I have a solar site which is 1MWp capacity. It has 8pcs SUN2000 - 100KTL. It was collected by a smartlogger 3000A. 


The below picture is energy statistic in Jan 2021. The system connected in 10 Jan. We have lose internet to 18 Jan. so the daily data also lose from 11 to 17 Jan. (But total energy still calculate 74.39MWh).


I have a question could we got back a daily data in time which lose internet connection?

Hello, dear.

If you have a Smartlogger3000 data collector, you can follow the steps below to collect response data on the WEB side.

Collecting Performance Data

Context

You can recollect the solar inverter performance data as well as daily, monthly, and yearly energy yields.

Procedure

  1. Choose Maintenance > Device Mgmt. > Data Re-Collection.

  2. Select the type of the data to be collected and set the collection period.

  3. Select the name of the device whose data is to be collected and click Collect Data.

  4. Wait until all data is gathered. On the Monitoring page, query the collection result.

It's been two months. You can try to re-collect data on the SmartLogger and then on the FusionSolar. If it doesn't work, there's no way to make up the numbers.

I have done one time for one project, then I have got back all data. But for other project, I cannot get back the data? what are problem.

How to fix it?
