[Problem description]
The SMC failed to be installed on Windows Server 2012R2. It displayed 'CREATE DATABASE failed'.

[Troubleshooting]
1. From the logs, it seems that the error is related to the disk.
2. Check the disk space. It is low.
So, they have selected 'Compress this drive to save disk space'.
3. When creating the Microsoft database SQL Server, ensure that the disk space is sufficient and the disk compression function cannot be selected.
Add a disk, increase the D disk space, and deselect the check box 'Compress this drive to save disk space'.
4. Reinstall the SMC.
