The Slave MPU/SRU Is Abnormally Reset Due To an Unknown Reason

Run the display device command, and you can find that the reason why the slave MPU/SRU is abnormally reset is unknown.

The cause of this fault is that the current GTL license file supports the ESN of the master MPU/SRU rather than the ESN of the slave MPU/SRU. As a result, the slave MPU/SRU enters the trial period. After the trial period expires, the slave MPU/SRU is restarted, and the master/slave MPU/SRU relationship is deleted. Run the following command to view the GET license file:

The command output shows that the GTL license file contains the ESN (030DGS1099000227) of the master MPU/SRU rather than the ESN (030DGS1099000226) of the slave MPU/SRU.

To rectify the fault, do as follows:

1. Apply for a GTL license file that can be activated on both the master MPU/SRU and the slave MPU/SRU.
2. Activate the new GTL license file.
3. Restart the slave MPU/SRU.
