The Simultaneous ring of hunting group configuration is not working Highlighted

The topic describes the solution to simultaneous ring of hunting group configuration is not working.

Issue Description

Version: U1960 V200R300

The customer configured the hunt group ring type as "Simultaneous"， but it doesn't work.

Handling Process

1. Check the configuration of hunt group ring type in the webpage: User>Group Service >hunting group.

   

2. Check normal hunt groups, we can find it works as expected with ringing simultaneously.

   

3. Check abnormal call, we found a call from 4089 to 9012 has forwarded to 0418 and then cancelled without reply.

   
   

4. Check service configuration about callee 9012, we found the number has configured call forwarding unconditional and forwarding to number 0865591818.

   

5. In the hunt group configuration, we found the forwarded number is access prefix for group number 66 and the ring type is "LOOP".

   

6. 0418 is the first of the member list of group 66, but the ring type for this is not simultaneous.

   
   

   

Root Cause

In the hunt group configuration, we found the forwarded number is access prefix for group number 66 and the ring type is "LOOP".

Solution

1. Please don't configure forwarding unconditional to callee or make sure the forwarding call has configured as "Simultaneous".
   

2. Please check related all hunt group member forwarding rights to make sure they didn't configure some unused forwarding.
