Why the following IMSI 214050XXXXXXXX cannot be attach on the X´s LTE Private Network, it is a 3GPP solution, this SimCard it is registered on its eCore but is not working in a regular cellphone (Samsung S7 and Samsung J4), also it was tested the same Simcard in a EP821 and works.
To solve it, you can try to configure the followng command SET MMFUNC:MSCIGNOR=YES
To check more details about command:
This parameter is optional.
This parameter specifies whether the CloudUSN interacts with the MSC when an EPS UE initiates the combined EPS/IMSI attach procedure. By default, this parameter is used to prevent UEs from registering with the GSM/UMTS network when the MSC is not deployed. Set this parameter to YES(Yes) with caution. Before setting it to YES(Yes), check whether service requirements are met to minimize the impact on services.
Data source: planned for the entire network
Value:
NO(No)
YES(Yes)
Initial value: NO(No)
Configuration notes: After this parameter is set to YES(Yes), if an EPS UE initiates the combined EPS/IMSI attach procedure and there is no available link between the MME and MSC, the MME allocates a special TMSI and LAI to the UE. Therefore, confirm the impact on services before setting this parameter to YES(Yes). Do not set this parameter to YES(Yes) without confirmation. If this parameter is set to NO(No), the EMM cause value CS_DOMAIN_NOT_AVAILABLE is delivered. If this parameter is set to YES(Yes), the EMM cause value CS_DOMAIN_NOT_AVAILABLE is not delivered.
