Please do the following steps to try to solve your problem:
1. Check whether the power cable of the monitor is connected correctly. The power cable may be loose.
2. Check whether the connection between the monitor and the server is secure. If the cable is loose, a black screen may be displayed.
3. Ping the IP address of the server to check whether the server is running properly.
