The S6700 switch is faulty.

I have an S6700 switch that suddenly failed today. We see that its LED turns red, what does that mean? How we should solve this problem.

When the status indicator of the switch turns red, it indicates that the switch hardware is faulty. Contact the dealer or TAC center to view the switch logs or provide spare parts service.
